    What Are Daily Study Goals?

Daily Study Goals help you build a consistent study habit by setting a simple target: "I want to study for X minutes today."

Once you set your goal, Memnook automatically tracks your study time and shows your progress on the left side of your screen. When you hit your goal, you'll get a fun confetti celebration! 🎉

    • Stay Motivated: See your progress grow throughout the day

    How Progress Tracking Works

Your "Today's Study Goal" card on the left shows:

    • Progress: "25 / 30 minutes" at a glance
    • Progress Bar: Fills up as you study
    • Completion: "Complete" badge with confetti when finished
    • Minimize: Click to hide/show the card

Automatic Tracking: Every study session adds time automatically. Progress resets daily based on your timezone. You can change your goal anytime without losing today's progress.

    Gentle Email Reminders

Get a friendly nudge at 8 PM Central Time if you haven't completed your goal yet. These emails include:

    • Your current progress ("You've studied 10 minutes today!")
    • Time remaining to reach your goal
    • Personalized encouragement
    • One-click link to continue studying
    • Easy access to adjust your settings

You'll only get reminders when: You have an active goal, haven't completed it, and have email reminders enabled.

    What Counts as Study Time

Your time is automatically saved when you:

    • Complete a study session
    • Exit early (time still counts!)
    • Close your browser during a session

Confetti appears once per day when you complete your goal.

Tips for Building Your Study Habit

    Start Strong:

    • Begin with an easy goal (5-15 minutes)
    • Study around the same time daily
    • Enable email reminders for accountability
    • Celebrate those confetti moments!

    Grow Your Habit:

    • Be realistic - better to hit 10 minutes daily than miss 60 minutes
    • Increase gradually (add 5-10 minutes when current goal feels easy)
    • Adjust for busy periods rather than giving up
    • Focus on consistency over perfection
