    Login Guide

    Having trouble logging in to Memnook? Follow this runbook to understand Login steps. Remember, our service is currently in beta and only invited users can access the platform.

    Login Methods

    1. Email + One-Time Code

    1. Go to the Login Page.
    2. Enter your email address.
    3. Receive a One-Time Code: Check your inbox for an email containing a unique code.
    4. Enter the Code: Input the received code on the website.
    5. You're In! Once the code is verified, you'll be logged into Memnook.
    1. Go to the Login Page.
    2. Click the Google Button: This will redirect you to the Google accounts screen.
    3. Select Your Account: Choose the account you wish to use.
    4. Return to Memnook: You'll be redirected back to Memnook and logged in automatically.

    Note: If your account meets certain criteria, you might see Google's new "One-tap" login popup, allowing you to log in with just one click.

    Important Notes

    • Beta Access Only: Currently, only invited users can login. If you haven't received an invitation, login will not be possible.

    • Common Login Errors & Troubleshooting:

      • Invalid Email or Code: Double-check that you've entered the correct email address and one-time code. Codes may expire, so request a new one if necessary.
      • Invitation Required: If you see a message indicating restricted access, ensure that you have an invitation. If not, please contact our support team.
      • Network Issues: Ensure you have a stable internet connection if you're experiencing delays or errors.
      • Google Login Issues: If the Google login isn’t working, make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser and that your browser is up-to-date.
      • Other Errors: For any issues not covered here, please refer to our detailed troubleshooting guide or reach out to support.
